IP & Licensing

At ZOVENAUS, we produce custom inflatable decorations, costumes and display structures based on customer requirements. To protect both parties, please review our IP and licensing policy before placing a custom order.

1. Customer-owned artwork and brand assets
- Customers may submit their own logos, packaging, graphics and product references for OEM / ODM production.
- By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own the rights or have written authorization to use it.

2. Protected IP and character-based designs
- We do not accept production requests that infringe third-party trademarks, copyrights, patents or publicity rights.
- Designs involving licensed characters, entertainment properties, sports teams, celebrities or branded mascots require valid authorization from the rights holder.

3. Proof of authorization
- For branded or character-based projects, we may request a letter of authorization, licensing agreement or other supporting documents before sampling or production.

4. Original design support
- We support original inflatable concepts, custom shapes, private-label products and event-specific display solutions.
- Our team can help adjust artwork for manufacturability while respecting your ownership and approval process.

5. Responsibility and order rights
- Customers are responsible for the legality of submitted artwork and claims of ownership.
- ZOVENAUS reserves the right to reject, pause or cancel any order that may involve IP risk or unclear authorization.
