Our typical custom development process is:

Step 1 – Send Your Idea

Send us your reference pictures, sketch, product concept or design requirements.

Step 2 – Design Confirmation

Our design team prepares the inflatable structure and visual design based on your requirements.

Step 3 – Quotation

After confirming the size, structure, accessories and quantity, we provide the final quotation.

Step 4 – Sample Production

If a sample is required, we produce the first sample for inspection and confirmation.

Step 5 – Sample Approval

We will provide pictures and videos for your review. Adjustments can be discussed before mass production.

Step 6 – Mass Production

After the sample and order details are confirmed, we begin bulk production.

Step 7 – Quality Inspection

Products are checked before packing, including appearance, inflation performance, stitching, blower operation and lighting where applicable.

Step 8 – Packing & Shipping

After final confirmation, the goods will be packed and arranged for shipment.
